Suicide bereavement trained clinicians

Finding a clinician who understands the unique experience of suicide loss can be an important source of support. This directory includes mental health clinicians who have completed training related to suicide bereavement and/or have identified themselves as having training and experience supporting people who have lost someone to suicide.

The contact information provided in this directory does not constitute an endorsement or referral by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). Clinicians listed in the directory have either completed AFSP’s former Suicide Bereavement Clinician Training Program or have indicated that they have relevant training and experience working with suicide loss survivors and would like to be included as a resource.
